I wonder if going through all those photos, many from the distant past, churns up a lot of feelings. I was talking with "Her Grace" recently about a phenomenon I (and she) are experiencing. I think of it as random memory bubbles.
Often for no apparent reason or stimulation, a memory of a long distant person, face, name, event or conversation comes like a bubble into my consciousness and "pops" to reveal it's contents. Random memory bubbles. No theme or consistent thread, just odd, forgotten moments that seem for some reason compelled to appear...
I wonder what the process of bringing these photos to the light of 2009, might stimulate for you.
Could be a good post if you're so inclined...
